I have known John for many years, and ever since I photographed his proposal to Bianca last March I have been eagerly anticipating their wedding day! As you can probably tell from these photos, John is a bit of a ham for the camera so I knew that I was going to have a lot of fun with him… luckily, his bride Bianca and the rest of the wedding party were equally enthusiastic when it came to photos and we had such a blast with them! It was one of those days where I had soooo many ideas for photos but didn’t think realistically we’d have time to fit everything in. Amazingly though, we did – from snow angel shots at the Courthouse to fun wedding party photos at Joe Kool’s (I even managed to fit in a hot chocolate break!) to shots on the skating rink at Victoria Park, we were able to do everything I had on my list and then some!
Their reception was held at Fanshawe College’s restaurant which is staffed by students. I was so impressed with the service & food – just awesome! Bianca surprised John with a visit from Elvis right before dinner – his face just lit up when Elvis walked in! I must say, I’ve never seen so many people partying before dinner time – there was a conga line throughout the dinner room before 7pm! It was so much fun to photograph!
Congrats John & Bianca – if your wedding was any indication of what your marriage will be like, you’re off to an amazing start for a life filled with loving friends & family and tons of fun!!

Alison took this shot of me pinning John’s flower on… I did a double take when I saw my belly peeking out!
The groomsmen borrowed instruments from the church band that was rehearsing after the ceremony
Little did John know that Elvis was in the building….
… and was he ever excited when Elvis made his appearance!
