Victoria and Rob’s wedding was one of the hottest days of the year but we still had a lovely day capturing their special memories! Victoria’s mom put together all the bouquets, floral decor and the beautiful parasol made of flowers, which made for amazing photos! This was also my first time shooting at Brescia, what a fantastic location – Victoria and Rob put a lot of work into the decor and it really did look breathtaking!

Describe the vision/theme you had for your wedding in 5 words or less: Pink princess, catering to everyone.

What are you favorite memories of your wedding day?
Bride: Finally being with Rob, so I was less stressed. We kissed before the officiant said we could while she was in the middle of it. Also, getting home at the end of the night and going in the hot tub that my maid of honor rented for us. It was the only time to sit down and talk about the crazy day that just happened. We were tired but too wired from the day to sleep. The hot tub was key.

Groom: Watching Victoria walk down the aisle and the speeches.

Best wedding related decision: Keeping everything in the same location. From ceremony, pictures and food.

Favourite detail: Kids Table or Handmade Flower Umbrella

Advice for future brides & grooms: Make sure your get enough pictures and video of your day! Because they become the most important thing, once it’s all over. Make sure your capture your day as much as possible.

Would you change anything if you could do it all over again? We would do less of the set up to enjoy the experience more.

Best surprise of the day: Not being in as much stress as expected (the buildup is the worst).

Anything else you’d like to add: Our wedding felt like a wedding, only because of the family and friends that traveled to see us from Northern Ireland, England, Hong Kong, BC, and Toronto.
