Sari and Shane were married on Monday, Sept 1st – Monday isn’t the most common day of the week for a wedding, but I vote for more Monday weddings! My number one reason?? Then Lindsay and I can shoot together more often!! As she didn’t have a wedding of her own booked this day, Lindsay was able to come along as my “assistant” )(although whenever that happens it’s more like a second photographer).

We know Fantasy Farms well and always enjoy shooting there – the upstairs bridal suite in all it’s glory: white leather couch / round fun fur bed / swordfish mounted on the wall always puts a smile on my face (and it’s a fun game to try to get photos up there because you’re technically “not allowed to). Bridal suite cheesiness aside, the surrounding grounds are absolutely stunning and the light on this particular day was amazing! I’ve never photographed an outdoor ceremony there and thought it was just beautiful!

The party got started right away with a traditional Jewish hora upon entering and the live band had the crowd up and dancing in between each course – awesome! You’d never have known it was a Monday night!
