Describe the vision/theme you had for your wedding in 5 words or less: Rustic, but Elegant
What are you favorite memories of your wedding day?
Bride: Chad and I wrote letters to one another to read the morning of our wedding and having that moment of reading what he wrote was a unforgettable moment and made me even more excited to walk down the isle and see Chad for the first time. Also being able to celebrate the day with close friends and family.
Groom: Seeing Julia walk down the aisle. I did not know what she had chosen for a wedding dress and she was absolutely beautiful. Made me feel like the luckiest person in the room.
Best wedding related decision: Choosing Bellamere (They took care of almost everything for us, so we did not feel stress on the wedding day). They thought of things that we didn’t even think of, and went above and beyond to help make the day perfect and for us to be able to enjoy and celebrate with our family and friends.
Favourite detail: Centre pieces with the floral arrangements. Not many people would know this but the reason there was a tea cup added to the centre pieces was to represent Julia’s grandmother. Her Grandma had recently passed and it was a small detail to make Julia feel like her grandma was still present. Also Julia had worn her grandmothers ring, which was also her something old and blue. The entire atmosphere and look of Bellamere is also a key reason on why we chose to get married there.
Advice for future brides & grooms: Do what you have envisioned for your day and do what is most important to the two of you.
Would you change anything if you could do it all over again? No
Best surprise of the day: Having everything run so smoothly. You always get told that something may not go exactly the way you pictured it, but our day was perfect.
Anything else you’d like to add: Thank you to HRM Photography, especially Heather and Becky. They did an amazing job. We had so much fun doing all of our pictures and you can really tell how passionate and excited they were to capture special moments of our day.
