Heather and Brian had a beautiful, warm fall wedding day at the stunning Waterfront Banquet Center in Hamilton! We adored this sweet couple from the moment we met and knew their day would be perfect! From the emotional moment during their first look, to the dreamy details and beautiful florals, this day really was picture perfect! Not to mention their wedding planner Jennifer was absolutely amazing, we loved working with her!!

Describe the vision/theme you had for your wedding in 5 words or less: romantic, elegant, dreamy, and fun
What are you favorite memories of your wedding day?
Bride: There are so many. The entire day was a dream. Some of my favourite memories are our first look, walking down the aisle with my dad, our first dance, and dancing with all of our friends to the performance by one of Brian’s best friends
Groom: Hanging out with my groomsmen in the morning, the first look, and taking pictures after the ceremony as the sun was going down
Best wedding related decision: There’s two! Hiring Jennifer, our wedding planner – she helped us in more ways than we can express. And choosing Niki as our photographer – her energy and experience put us completely at ease and made pictures so much more fun
Favourite detail: Our cake topper. It was very subtly Disney-themed, which brought everything full circle to when we got engaged – after coming home from a magical vacation at Disney World!
Advice for future brides & grooms: Have fun! Enjoy yourselves, live in the moment. The day goes by so fast, it’s unreal. For us, hiring a wedding planner was the best thing we could have done. She made the day much less stressful for us. We highly recommend a planner to everyone. And hire photographers that are going to bring out your real personalities, because pictures last forever. The girls at HRM have so much experience and love what they do, you feel completely prepared and cared for with them
Would you change anything if you could do it all over again? No, not one thing – it was the perfect day!
Best surprise of the day: My favourite surprise was seeing my dog dressed up in his bow tie, so cute! And getting two bracelets from my husband for wedding gifts!
Favorite HRM picture from the day (and why?): I have two again, I can’t help it! The first is the night time photo of us kissing. The night photos that HRM does were one of the main features I loved so much while doing my research. They are absolutely epic. I was so excited to have some of our own and they did not disappoint! It is incredible. And the second is a picture of Brian kissing my cheek, while I have my hands up to his face, holding my veil so that it goes in front of my smiling face. Niki came up with this pose and every time I look at it I love it a little more. It’s like she captured a private moment between the two of us, Brian whispering in my ear. It’s dreamy, it’s soft. It’s a small moment in time where we stopped to appreciate each other and the fact that this day is about our love and our future. It’s perfect. All the pictures are amazing. Brian’s favourite picture is the night picture, he thought it was so cool!
Anything else you’d like to add: We couldn’t be more grateful to have such a beautiful wedding day and to have all the amazing photos to look back on for the rest of our lives. Thank you HRM!
