EJ & Daniel

Toronto Ontario Wedding

Daniel and EJ planned their intimate Toronto wedding while living in Texas and they did a fabulous job (I definitely cried during the ceremony…how can you resist with a Groom serenading his bride?) Top it all off with great downtown locations and a fun group of friends and you can’t go wrong.

Describe the vision/theme you had for your wedding in 5 words or less: Intimate, relaxed, unique to us

What are you favorite memories of your wedding day?
Bride: Daniel singing, my bridesmaids singing The Golden Girls theme song to me on the trolley. What a surprise!
Groom: Singing to E-J. Everyone cried BUT her.

Best wedding related decision: Small destination wedding.

Favourite detail: Jumping the broom! It started as a joke early on in our relationship and it was so fun to actually do it.

Advice for future brides & grooms: You know you’re going to sweat the details, but let it all go on your wedding day and just enjoy.

Would you change anything if you could do it all over again? Avoid rush hour traffic. Stand in the shade for the ceremony.

Best surprise of the day: My bridesmaids singing Golden Girls to me on the trolly.

Favorite HRM picture from the day (and why?): They’re all great! Daniel likes the ones of E-J getting ready. E-J just really can’t decide. I’m glad we have the action sequence of us jumping the broom. It’s hilarious.
