Annie and Gordon don’t live in Ontario, so our initial contact when they booked me was all done via email & phone. When I first met them for their engagement session I could tell they were a fun couple who were up for anything and I was excited for their wedding day! Their wedding took place on a hot summer day and most of the photo locations happened spontaneously the day of (big thanks to my Dad for running down to Labatt’s Park on 5 min notice to convince them to let Annie, Gordon & their wedding party crash the baseball game!). This is the first time we’ve ever taken photos in a 7-11 – the Slurpees were a great treat on a hot day! Congrats Annie & Gordon and thanks for being so awesome!

Describe the vision/theme you had for your wedding in 5 words or less: Relaxed, fun, and bright!
What are you favorite memories of your wedding day?
Bride: Seeing the groom for the first time and spending time with our closest family and friends
Groom: Seeing the bride!
Best wedding related decision: We live out of province so hiring amazing vendors helped make the planning much less stressful. Hiring HRM photography to document our day as well!
Favourite detail: The bright flowers, the cake, the dress- too hard to choose!
Advice for future brides & grooms: Keep it simple 
The day will turn out the way you want it no matter what.
Would you change anything if you could do it all over again? Not a thing
Best surprise of the day: Heather arranged for us to have our pictures taken at Labatt park- it was a great surprise!
Favorite HRM picture from the day (and why?): All of the pictures are fantastic memories of the day – it is impossible to choose just one. Seeing all of the candid photos were such a great surprise. We really liked the pictures taken in the lobby with the mirrors.
